I completely forgot to get yeast to make a batch of cider this year. I'm picking the apples on Sunday!

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy some champagne yeast in Dublin city or online.

    Any help much appreciated.

Mottly Brew is a bricks and mortar shop that should be able to sort you out. AFAIK the Young's cider yeast that homebrew suppliers sell is a champagne yeast.

You could just let the juice ferment spontaneously, of course :D
