Dell Computer No VAT Invoice.

    I recently purchased a Dell inspiron Laptop from the Dell store, I'am more than happy with my purchase except that although I have contacted Dell customer care on several occasions to request that I be forwarded a VAT invoice and after several assurances that I would be forwarded same by email I have not receive one.
    Can anyone tell me what I can do next, who I can contact, or give me a direct number to Dell in Ireland so that I can resolve my issue. The Laptop was purchased for my business so I do need the have a VAT invoice for it.
