The three basics, sometimes a snack in between, usually fruit but sometimes a bar of chocolate and sometimes a snack before bedtime too, though not everyday with the snacks.

Are you careful what you eat or drink?

I certainly am....water, quinoa, chia seeds, berries, granola, fruit, steamed veg, nuts. I need to make sure I maintain my energy levels as I have a very busy schedule.

What's the most you've lent that you've never gotten back?

So many things to guess, what could it possibly be, perhaps breakfast.

Any surprises for you so far today?

A surprise birthday party. The surprising thing is that it's not my birthday.

There's a fella upstairs who has declared his intention of turning hispter and is already on the growing a long beard phase. Are hipsters the new zombies?
