Do you often make up an excuse rather than attend functions?
I don't feel I need to justify myself or explain myself to anybody if I don't do something people might expect of me.

Are you emotionally attached to your house/home or would you sell if you got the right offer?

Never been emotionally attached to anywhere I have lived, I would move from here tomorrow given half a chance!

Do you still live where you are originally from?

I do, I'm a part of the scenery here and its a big part of me too, I couldn't imagine not living here now.

When things are going bad, do you think if you could just get away from here all would be better?

Running away never really works, though taking a break sometimes can help.

When was the last time you spent a night away from home?

I live in the general area where I'm from originally but might move and even though I own it outright it would be too much of a face ache to rent it out.

At times but a quick break away is good for fresh perspective.

Would you make a good landlord?

@derek, Xmas, was in bundoran for a night.

Could you evict someone if they owed you rent and especially if they had children?

You can't evict anyone these days. Legislation is weighted in favour of tenants.

Would you say you are a soft touch or have balls of steel?

I have balls of steel. Ask my kids and missus.
Seriously though, I'm no pushover when I have to be strong. You can't survive if you can't say no when it needs to be said really.

Do you think I could chance a can of beer tonight, I seem settled today?

Story for whoever asked for it yesterday, I just wasn't up to it at the time.

A friend of mine went in to a shop while out cycling a couple of years back, he had his biking gear on. You know those padded shorts that look like you have a nappy or sanitary towel on, well this old lady was in the queue behind him coming up to the till and she said, what sort of things is them you have on. He looked at her and smiled and said, biking shorts, they keep my arse from getting sore on the ride.
She looked at him and smiled but said no more.
He paid and turned to leave and she went to the till to get her stuff and as he was leaving he heard her say to the girl behind the till laughing, Jesus them homos have all the tricks, its a fret that there's shorts to help them keep their arses in good order.

Never heard of those shorts before. Looked them up....oookay. Weird.

Should there be a thanks button on this thread for these type of stories?

It depends on the time. If you work 9-5 and have an interview and one you could, but if the interview was 4:30 then it would be bad form.

Any interviews coming up for you?

I've had people hold grudges over small things, but they always come back.

    Sort of.

Is there anything that you disapprove of but are afraid to admit for fear of being judged?

Nope. I don't care what people think of me.

Do you put on a front or are you completely honest with who you are?

A bit of both, for different audiences. If you get me. Some I don't want to show them the true me, either to protect them, or to hide my weaknesses.

Hot pants on the ladies: yea or nay?

I had a pair of girls jeans back when I was 8. Slimmer times.

I'd consider getting the bags under my eyes removed unless I can get some f**king sleep.

How many hours sleep a night are you happy with?

Have a toddler who is going through separation anxiety at night so if I got 6 hours of uninterrupted I'd feel like I could go 5 rounds toe to toe with McGregor.

Why the **** do people have more than one child?
