Good for things what interest me....but terrible fot mundane things
Like i couod go for milk/tea bags and forget them......but can remember timing marks on an emgine i only done once like 4 or 5 years ago

I do but not much. So far this week I've smoked 3, all on Wednesday night. I usually go a few days between smoking and it doesn't bother me.
I've stopped for a few months a few times but always knew I'd smoke again and don't beat myself up about it.
