Ecirette are fantastic, we use them all the time. We don't live in Dublin so they post to us, fantastic service very efficient.

E-smoke Ireland are open in Palmerstown and Cigatec are open in Dun Laoghaire as well.

madvapes(.ie) just opened near me. They're at the walkinstown roundabout. Very knowledgeable lads; nice to go into a shop where they're not just pushing 10ml garbage juices on you.
