So since late may I've went from 14st 3 pounds to 11 st 12.8 as of today.

I cut calories majorly and have been exercising and tracking my intake with my fitness pal. I also have a fitness tracker to give me a rough idea what I'm burning etc to motivate and keep me on a routine more then anything.

So at this stage I don't want to lose any more weight I would rather maintain I'm 6ft4 if I lose any more I'll look mental!

I've been on a low carb diet the last while and it's drastically changed how I feel In general!

So what would be a healthy balance of carbs protein and fat intake everyday at this stage?

I don't want to go over 2000 calories so I'm trying to work out with my fitness pal what percentage of each I should go for a day.

I would also like to tone up a bit more on what I've already done without losing weight also.

I have a fairly active job as well on my feet all day.

    Hi,

Great job on getting the weight down!
If you want to lean up, I find running and daily HIIT sessions really good. But if you want to bulk up, you might want to start introducing some weights.

    Well done again!

    Thank you!

I do a lot of walking but wanna start running just with the hours I work and fact I only have one day off the effort! Ha.

I use the weights I have at home mostly for arms but I find learning new excersise s with the weights awkward at times cause can be hard to judge videos.

I've decided to go with 2000 calories max a day the odd day off here and there. 100g carbs at very max 200 g protein and about 89g fat.

I've gotten so used to eating less than 1500 nearly every day so hard to change. Same goes for the low carbs thing.

The most effective way of "toning up" is by doing resistance training - e.g. weights. Walking and running won't really achieve that.
If you're happy with 2000cals a day (or if that's what your TDEE says you need to maintain your current weight) then it doesn't matter how that's made up. For your macro breakdown, you could go with 100g C, 200g P and 89g F as you mentioned. Likewise, 200g C, 100g P and 89g F will give you the same result.

A 6'4 guy who trains regularly will get away with eating a good bit more than 2000kcal. I'm way smaller than you and I can easily maintain my weight at 2500 while training 4-5 days a week.

AFAIK, so long as you're getting around 2g of protein per kg of body weight, the split of fats and carbs doesn't matter a whole lot.

I'd be putting my calories up if I were you, you'll start seeing performance and muscle gains in no time.

Just finding it hard cause so used to eating lower! Couldn't used to ignoring food to a point.

    1,500 cals seems mental. I eat that and I'm a sub-5ft female!

You should easily be able to consume 2,000 and maintain. Eat more carbs on workout days to fuel your body and you can lower that on rest days and compensate by increasing fats.

Yep I know it sounds mental but so used to eating like this now that find it hard to change!

Find it hard to eat more I know sounds stupid lol.

These two sentences are in conflict. You can only do one or the other, it's impossible to do both.

2000cals is a calorie deficit. If you eat 200 cals a day you'll continue to lose weight.
It you want to maintain toy weight, you'll need to eat more. Pick one or the other I guess
