NEST fitted yesterday. Who to contact with issues?

    Hi I had a NEST fitted yesterday during the day by your engineer.

    My heating has not been working correctly after installation. It was barely warming up.

    It appears that my old thermostat was not bypassed and the new and old thermostat are working against each other controlling the boiler.

    Also, as I dont need the oil boiler during the summer, only hot water, I'm not sure how to control and schedule the hot water via the NEST, has this feature not been enabled? Do I still use my old system for this also?
