hi all

my laptop for the past two weeks has been running sluggish, and the task manager shows disk at 100% regularly.

I've tried turning off superfetch, search etc etc all the things recommended online and the reg edit for the msi that Microsoft recommend. I've done a fresh install of windows 10 and the issue is still present.

I downloaded crystal disk info and I'm getting a caution for the reallocated sectors count which is reading current 100, worst 100 and threshold 50, I don't know what this means, Is the hard drive on it's way out?

anything else I can try or shall I just replace the hard drive?
