Its a Royal Mail tracking number, indicated by the GB at the end (Irish Post Office tracking numbers have IE)

Actually, looking at the number you gave, it looks like you're missing a digit - there should be 13 characters, you only have 12 - that may be why its not working for you on any of the tracking websites
