Chrome freezing on Facebook?

    Hi

    My chrome web browser has started freezing while i'm on facebook

    Sometimes a 'chrome is not responding' message pops up on top of screen and sometime it rights itself after a period of time

    The only thing i recall happening recently was windows defender found a few threats and i deleted some of them .I've tried resetting chrome.

    Any ideas thanks
