Yaesu FT-60 programming

Hi all, Using FT-60 Commander and Chirp, I can successfully download a codeplug from my FT-60. However, uploading changes to the radio fails with both packages. I've been able to makes changes in the past and something has changed :-( By any chance does anyone have experience like this? thanks in advance
