Cost to Sand and Varnish 17x12 timber floor

Hi Timber floor in sitting room. In good enough condition, 17x12feet. I want to get it sanded and 2/3 coats of stain/varnish put on. How much should I expect to pay? Thanks

I would say 2 days work (sanding which takes a few hours if done right & 2 coats which can't be done on the same day), plus varnish & sanders (if rented) possibly would be roughly around €500

17x12 Sanded and finished with 3 coats varnish €450.(Tipp)
More rooms done together the cheaper it gets.
