Recommend probiotics?

    Hi guys

Not looking for medical advice or anything just a recommendation for a good probiotic, as I recently had a stomach bug (now over it thankfully) and think it would probably be a good idea to take a course for a week or so - can't do any harm anyway. Was looking in the chemist and there are loads of different ones. Am also taking some live natural yogurt, but if anyone could recommend a good probiotic tablet that would be great, or if there is anything I should look out for in terms of the label.

    Thanks

Check out Alflorex from the pharmacy. It's about €32 for a month supply. Well worth it in my opinion!

Symprove worked wonders for me, supposed to take it for a few weeks, but one bottle had me completely sorted, some good reviews online.
