Hi i recently got my third bottle of milk thistle from a health food shop...not sure if can name them ,,anyway this batch seem very chalky an catch in my throat resulting im me physically choking around 9 times in the duration iv been taking them,this morning i actually threw up. I had no issue before,dont have a problem…
