There's no official Boards app for either android or iOS, what you were using was something that someone had put together to sit on top of either the mobile site or the touch site. Both of those are available to use using the following links:

touch.boards.ie

m.boards.ie

Sorry for interrupting, but Boards was pushing the android app for ages before ye started on the new site that we all avoid. I think it's still on my phone somewhere actually but I've never really tried it.*
