And yes the Bank should be out there protecting customers!

at this stage is probably the CEA that should be investigating them though. Moralltach have not funded one transaction to date, they have no assets. It is the misrepresentation to equity investors that should be investigated.

I'd love to know where the Patrick Fitzpatrick suitation ended up it got to court regarding Keiran Brennan getting an injunction against the Vipers company that went down to threaten him over Fitzpatricks more that 100 grand he invested and looking for his money But Brennan said that this money was going to be invested and paid in shares so maybe that's the rush to go to Frankfurt in the eyes of the court I wounder did Fitzpatrick persue it any further. This must not have not gone un noticed by any authority

i think you are right Bubba. For Fitzpatrick’s cash he received shares, worthless shares but shares. That would have been the argument as to why debt collectors were not appropriate as the assumption would have been by the court that this is a normal functioning company with a legitimate business model. Little did they know!

Bubba - assuming your contact still genuinely believes that Moralltach are listing ask them in which country and who they are using as their advisors on the listing.

”Moralltach agrees to purchase assets from various groups”! With what? It is certainly not cash. It is more of the same Moralltach shares as consideration.

Now Moralltach will include this as an “asset”. But do they have full legal title to that asset? Would the owner of that land give up full legal title for Moralltach shares - very unlikely.

Does the owner of that land know the value per share that Moralltach attribute to each share? Bear in mind they self valued their property empire at €1.5bn on the NSX!

I'd love to know where this distrillery is and they are pending planning permission

Can you look up planning application for distrillerys in Ireland

  • Registered Users Posts: 169 ✭✭Dodgyone

The owner must be REALLY desperate if he thinks Moralltach is a credible source of funding!!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 169 ✭✭Dodgyone

And also if this was a viable whisky business I am sure he would not be shopping around at bargain basement companies for funding.

They announced “they are in advanced talks”. That could literally mean anything!!

Just another way to bull **** people let's see if it goes anywhere It's another coy to look good if listing All I know it's Frankfort It's a case of conning investers 'Oh look a million euro investment ' Let's invest or maybe when listed we will be making millions The Dream if it was that good and that easy we would all be investing 🙈😜

So they have no plan to create a genuine business. However, they do have a plan to paint a picture that they perhaps could be a genuine business if you ignore no audits, no cash, no assets, no revenue, credibility issues etc.

    Create a twitter account

Start retweeting general business related new articles

Issue a news wire about “advanced talks” on a potential acquisition. They have no obligation to issue any such newswire and do it purely for marketing purposes for unsuspecting equity investors.

No mention of mortallach here And according to them there near closing a deal of 1 million such baloney Look at the investor's a shady one there with no returns.

  • Registered Users Posts: 169 ✭✭Dodgyone

Interesting - we know it’s all baloney! However, they think it makes them look credible!

If Invest 123 Are the main investers of the project for 1million where is Moralltach in all of this The planning permission was put in by the the Farmer owner of the land James Mc Nally backed by investment by 123 Invest (Iwounder about them they have a lot of holding companies) So the deal is a million investment by main invester Invest 123 So Moralltach claim there in advanced talks for a million investment 🤔

They will be trying to do their usual Moralltach shares for the asset, providing no actual funding and reflecting it is an asset!

Plays well to those that they have sold equity for cash to as to the uninitiated it looks as though they are doing real business. In reality they provide no funding and receive no revenue.

How can they announce yet again 22 hours ago that they are in the process of Acquiring a million distrillery Deal.

    They are pumping!!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 169 ✭✭Dodgyone

And will pump a lot more hot air

Twitter account called “Grow your business” constantly sends out Moralltach promotion rubbish. Pretends to promote other businesses but 75% of tweets are Moralltach related. Has no followers and is followed by no one.

High probability it is run by someone associated with Moralltach

  • Registered Users Posts: 90 ✭✭Veritas26

Cannot find any record of him associated with the company with the exception of the above. Will do some digging around.

I hear on the grapevine that there are a couple of journalists sniffing around the company.

As a private company Moralltach has zero obligation to file any newswire on conversations around a distillery! Only a listed company would have to do this. It is fair to say that if it is genuine (unlikely) then making a public announcement is not in their interests as it alerts other parties. The fact they make the announcement at all when they have no obligation to do so speaks in volumes! The most likely reason they have done this is to drum up interest in the company.

Of course there's a few journalists sniffing they are false claiming they are in deep nesogations for a 1 million deal and investment that's not the case .A farmer owns the land he's put in for planning backed up by Fingal County Council backd by 123 invest who have a number of investment clients .It's not just the investment in the distrillery it's an investment in the whole community of Balbriggan it will be at leaste two to three years IF they get planning permission for it to be up and running

They are not focusing on a medium or long term timeline. Only a timeline that would support some type of share price in the short term!
