Just so you know its a recurring dislocation I have been struggling with for 2 years while waiting on surgery my pec minor is a big issue when trying to bench, so no testosterone does not aid in muscle repair and recovery??

I expect it'll be locked because you're asking for advice on doing something illegal.

Steroids are a class c which means they are legal to possess and use but not supply

On the list of things you should be doing to overcome the injury/issue, taking steroids is so far down the list that it hasn't even been written on the list.

I cannot emphasise enough how bad an idea this is. For your own sake, please do not go ahead with this plan. Instead, the sensible course of action would be to get your injury properly taken care of and managed by a specialist. When the injury is properly healed, you can work with a physio to get back into lifting in a healthy way. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're being serious and not trolling here.

There is a shīt ton of advice about all the whole shooting match on hundreds of sites. A lot of it very useful if that's your thing.

    Why bother on here?

The advice is to follow the plan set out to you by your surgeon/physio and not try to power through an injury via testosterone abuse. You might just have to wait out the surgery instead of piling on the gains at the cost of your rotator cuff.

For anyone dumb enough to read this and take it seriously...

Steroids and the resulting strength gains are the exact OPPOSITE of what you want with joint / tendon issues.

Steroids (as a broad term) will allow muscles to recover faster and grow more rapidly than nature would otherwise allow.

Tendon / ligament and other connective tissue will not keep pace.

The tendon is what connects muscle to bone.

So now you have a super strong muscle pulling on a tendon that's not strong enough to support the load.

    Then things start to rip.

And instead of "getting rip" you get...a...rip.

But hey, it's the internet and any asshole can post in a thread and kinda sound like he's making sense. So take that for what it's worth.
