Ha, the same could be said in any situation. He must think that everywhere he goes. Sitting in the cinema "I could kill all these people...if i was a terrorist"

Is it time to weaponise tabernacles?

Reminds me of them asking about the Munich shootings,
" Is this a secure location with checks been carried out on customer" or is it like every other shopping centre across Europe that people just walk in a shop un checked "

We could sharpen the edges of the Eucharistic bread and use them as ninja's shaken.

Sky news is tabloid thrash. I wouldn't expect much else from them tbh.

They were never a serious outfit.

What you dont see, is when a serious incident takes place or 'breakingnews' they are touching themselves silly underneath the news desk

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,873 ✭✭✭✭Arghus

Sky Sports News is a more reputable news source.

I might actually consider going to mass of my own volition if that happened.

News broadcasting studio with any luck

    (Bad Princess, BAD Pricness....!)

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

OK, I would have thought Sky News would be well above that. That's so ridiculous there just are no words.

Apart of course from, "I could have killed them all".

I could change the channel... If I could reach over for the remote.

Imagine my shock when i went to the local shop to get milk. There were no signs of security anywhere.

And even yesterday i went to the cafe for lunch. I was horrified. No security, no metal and xray detectors.

If i was a terrorist i could have killed them all. lol.

Nevermind sitting in the park in the sun. Madness.

Indeed! I'd prefer to see Chris Kamara announcing the start of World War III than the Sky News lot.

"What? Have they really started? Oh, it must have kicked off already. I hear the bombs but wasn't sure".

    At least it'd be entertaining.

They should replace the TV license man with someone who comes round and makes sure you're not a terrorist who could kill everyone. Wouldn't raise any revenue though which is what this country is all about.

    #disgrace

I saw that sky news report last night. Turned the tv off in shock. What is he on, pathetic excuse for journalism.
At least he did not produce a replica gun to prove his point.

****ing $hitheap fascist trash channel. Actually doing the propaganda work of Islamic State for them. Because that's what this "journalist" is doing here. "Lets all be afraid to go to a church now because some other camera hugging fascist fame seeking twat might KILL US ALL in the place" That's what those demented nazi f**kers that murdered that 86 year old priest in Normandy wanted everyone else to think too. Sky news can F**k off

I could change the channel... .

And turn over to BBC News.

A much more serious & 'non sensational' news channel.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

As hilariously Patridge-esque as this is, I had to laugh when I saw it on my FB feed as an article by Joe.ie bemoaning the lack of journalism within Sky as a news outlet, their article, as always was a collection of tweets they pulled from twitter on the matter

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,908 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

Yea and what's really weird is that is how video played out on air, there is no editing here at all.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

This is all mad for a priest with a shotgun under his gown blasting terrorists down the pews (pew pew pew).

"The power of Christ compels you" is a made for it throwaway line too.

Or a samurai sword, slice slice followed by
    ''rest in pieces''

During their Munich coverage they had an 'expert' expressing surprise that the gunman was using a pistol and not an automatic rifle 'like they did in the Westgate shooting'

Comparing the shooting in Germany by a lone gunman to a dedicated attack by militants in Kenya, good call idiots.

If I hadn't known before I knew right then it was time to find a new source for my news.

This would be hilarious if the subject wasn't so serious.

wtf like?! They've gone full Brass Eye

The best thing that could happen to put and end to this kind of bullsh1t neocon propaganda is to put that cunt on a no-fly list after a report like that.

Sky News is absolutely shoddy and biased, just generally a terrible news source. That being said, I can't possibly be the only guy who thinks Kay Burley is kind of fit, her age and personality notwithstanding.

Some time ago I came up with a sky newsreader satnav voice:-
    "In 500 meters, vote Tory"
    Gobsh1tes.

A journalist like him from the likes of Sky should be ashamed of his "expert" analysis right there.

Sky News = Full of sh1te Journalism.

That's the one. BBC does not just equal BBC news. BBC news and current affairs is absolutely a government mouthpiece.

Agree with this. SKY should be seriously reprimanded over it. Shower of morons.
