Eire vision problem

I am utterly fed up. 7 months and 12 visits by engineers the TV keeps freezing. To understand freeze I have to change channel. Only happens after 8pm generally. Still no reply to my email sent to complaints delta. ANGRY AND P**SED OFF!!!!!
