    Well hope you find a new rental soon, seems to be mixed out there right now with some mad prices. As to saying no to yourself, probably because you know you can do the job that's needed, just remind yourself that if you don't let others do it they'll never learn or something equally silly. Then put your head down and grit your teeth...
