When's this craziness going to stop?

A 17 year old male from Afghanistan is responsible.

Does nothing to ease the minds of people that immigration from these countries is the right thing to allow.

Probably better to taze him for information later
but they can't take too many chances with someone like that.
He was literally an axe-wielding maniac.

Wonder will Merkel continue with her liberal immigration policies now that she's seen her own people come under threat?

I keep an axe under my bed. I have no idea why, but a friend spotted it once and was more than a little perturbed.

Wonder where they got 20 from? If I was to put my tinfoil hat on I would say going from previous incidents the Germans will be keen to keep details suppressed and play down the damage so to not stoke racial tensions.

People stop panicking, its not the end of the world.

4 people are injured by a nutter. Not really that big, although the 24hr news channels will run with it all night no doubt.

I've seen more people come off a football field injured.

At least 14 were treated for shock too, so they were probably included in the original report

True, but did following a crazy ideal or religion cause those football injuries?

Apart from Celtic V Rangers games of course.

Three people are seriously injured after a man with an axe attacked passengers on a train near the German city of Wuerzburg.

Between ten and 15 people were reportedly injured in the attack on a local train, with German police saying several of them are critically wounded.

The Bavarian interior minister confirmed that the attacker, a 17-year-old originally from Afghanistan, was shot dead by police.

Why do you assume it was done for religion?

Maybe he was mentally insane? Maybe he was pissed off about something, really pissed off?

Not every act of voilence is motivated by religion.

If a white Irish man attacks someone in Temple Bar, did he do it because of Catholicism?

He shouted 'allahu ackbar' according to witnesses. But it definitely had nothing to do with religion.

I travelled on the Treuchtlingen-Würzburg train line last month. I did notice much more people of a Muslim appearance than anywhere else in Bavaria.

Lots of tourists travel on that line to get to the medieval town of Rothenburg.

Well seeing as the 1200 sexual assaults committed by refugees that happened on New years Eve this year was hushed up, I don't think she will be to bothered.

They are brainwashed by a religion that doesnt fit in with western values,no wonder they go insane.
And are you surprised people get frustrated an scared of them?
    Its not islamophobia,its fear.

Seriously. The only sad bit is that innocent people were injured by a religious nut from your friendly religion of peace. It is perfectly rational to fear the doctrine of murder that islam seems to foster

Heading to Berlin in a bit over two weeks time, this doesn't change anything for me.

My girlfriend is really upset about it but, like I've said to her, fear is what legitimises these kind of attacks.

A phobia is an irrational fear of something. Islam has proved countless times that it is a homicidal death cult from the dark ages. People fear Islam for very good reasons, it's bad news.

I am beginning to think all these attacks are my family's fault.

Nice - my aunt and uncle live in the South of France
Turkey - my cousin and her husband live in Turkey
Germany - my son is on holidays in Germany

Am expecting trouble in New Jersey, Florida, San Francisco, Tanzania, England, Scotland and Portugal next.

Ask her is she afraid to go to Dublin, wasn't there someone stabbed to death there over the weekend? Germany, much like Ireland is still a safe place to go to

Calling him a child gives the image of him being 12 or 13. You wouldn't call a 17 year old working for Hutch a child, nor should you call some dickhead with an axe a child.

Teenager sounds more like the right term. Either way he is dead now. (As in no debate to try as adult vs minor etc)

How many sex assaults occurred in Dublin on New Year's Eve? Not enough to make the news anyway, but Germany was a different matter.
