Implanon - Doctor Bill

    Hi,

Not sure if this is in the right section. I am due to get Implanon inserted this week (first day of period)

However, I'm low on cash for this appointment (It's 140 euro) Is it acceptable to pay a doctor bill at a later stage?

If I don't make this appointment I would have to wait another month which is okay but would rather get it over with.

    Thanks

Generally you'd pay on the day of the appointment

Different doctors have different rules. Your best bet is to contact your GP reception and ask them. My current GP would, but my old GP wouldn't.

It does depend on the GP. My GP has a no credit policy and signs up all over the place to that effect. It's no harm to ring up and ask.
