I am a working girl from last 5 years and my job is a complete sitting job. Due to this, I am putting on weight fastly. My lifestyle is quite busy and I rarely got time for the physical workout or gym. Can you please suggest me some foods so that I can maintain a healthy weight?

You're putting on weight because you're eating too many calories. Eat lots of veg. Once you are not consuming too many calories you will not put on weight no matter how sedentary your lifestyle is.

I'm sure you could find the time for a walk/run if you really wanted to. Sat+Sun and 2 days mid-week would be plenty. Do it for your overall health and well being. But, as above, control your calorie intake to maintain a healthy weight - you don't have to exercise (...you should, though).

People in comas avoid becoming obese because they are fed the right amount of food by medical staff. Inactivity is bad for your health but it doesn't make you fat. Eating too much does, that's the first thing to understand.
