The larger stores won't as they'll clear out older stock when requested by Lego but smaller shops or chains might.

The Toymaster in the Omni Centre in Santry and the 'Pocket Money Shop' in The Pavilions in Swords are two that spring to mind. The former has a few older Star Wars and Lego Agents sets and the latter has a few DC and Lord of the Rings sets.
