10 year old - learning to type?

    Hi folks.

    Any recommendations for a typing programme / download for a 10 year old? Any advice appreciated

    BBC typing is a decent online site.

    Nessy Fingers is excellent, You can save progress (unlike BBC Dancemat)I have used it with boys right up to the end of 6th class and as it has games and trophies to "collect" it holds their interest.

    Is there a school licence for it or how much does it cost? Had a quick look there and think it was £30 for one licence.

    This is how I learnt to type properly back in late 80's!

    A computer driving game and every time you made a mistake or weren't keeping up with the tempo then a bug would splat on your windscreen and if you got too many you crashed the car or something :D
