Gyms in south dublin

    Hi all,

    I was wondering could anyone recommend a good gym in south dublin? I really want to get into weightlifting. I am currently a member in the dartry health club but it's really not what I'm looking for. Is anyone a member of Raw or a gym that has good dedicated personal trainers that can teach me proper technique, help to design proper nutrition plans etc?

    Just to clarify, when you say weightlifting, do you mean Olympic weightlifting, ie snatch amd clean & jerk, or just lifting weights?

    I'm a member in Raw. Could point you in the right direction if it's the latter anyway.

    I would enjoy doing olympic weight lifting, I did a bit before when I was living in athlone for a whole but I also enjoy free weights and Kettlebells. I don't want to do it to enter competitions or anything just really to tone and get stronger ^_^
