Running and Strength Training for Half Marathon

    Looking to run my first half marathon at start of October so have 3 months to prepare.

    I'd be active enough getting in 3-4 workouts a week between gym and running.

    Would anyone know a training plan that combines strength training and running for a half marathon. Most of the ones I've found are just running but I want to keep up the gym too

    Have a look at Alex Viada's stuff - his book The Hybrid Athlete is very good
