Best way to give up smoking

Hi, I'm thinking of giving up smoking well I am giving up smoking in the coming days, and am wondering what is the best way to give up, also the easiest! I can't take Champix I've already asked the doctor. Any ideas greatly appreciated!!! I can do this!!!!

Id recommended reading the Allen Carr's easy way to stop smoking. It doesn't work for everyone but when it does it's easy and if it doesn't you only lost the price of 20 smokes.
