    Hey Hanley,
I bought an entry to the RevFit open, but when I click on the Entry Form it links me to the Athlone Open form.
Do I just fill that one out?
    Thanks.

Apologies if this isn't the thread to be posting in but I didn't think it'd warrant it's own thread and since ye're already sold out I figured it couldn't hurt. I've been doing PL training at home for a couple of years (SS > Texas Method > Madcows > GZCL) and I'm thinking about doing a meet / mock meet at some point in the future, just to get the experience. I'm 33 so I've no delusions about being competitive. What's the best way to pick up the cues, learn the ropes so I don't embarrass myself and piss off the regulars? I've literally never lifted in a gym but I'm careful with form so barring my touch'n'go bench which I'm working on, my squat and dl should be passable.

I've a 470kg gym total at 71kg but I'm cutting and rehabbing a knee injury right now so I probably wouldn't be fit for another while. Is this tough/impossible to do without being a gym regular?

A top level view of rules / what to expect here - recorded it for our members who were doing an inhouse first time test comp style, so should help:

    re: your Qs specifically...

Go to a comp and watch one :)
