    Heya,

Just wondering has anyone tried intermittent fasting or know anything about it?

    https://kinobody.com/intermittent-fasting-guide/

It seems to go against a lot of traditional nutritional theories so is it a fad or does it actually work?

Be great to get some of your thoughts!

    Thanks,

Its not a fad. It's really just reducing the window in which you eat.

A lot of people find it good because it causes a reduction in their intake of calories.

I'm doing it now. The Leangains version of it anyway. I enjoy the bigger meals over a shorter period. Just suits me better for my goals right now.

Check out Leangains.com for more info.

It can be good in the sense that you can have one satiating meal rather than small low calorie separate meals which can leave you hungry. Fasting however is a risky business. It can lead to binging.
