I am coeliac for almost twenty years, but now find I'm increasingly less tolerant of lactose containing foods. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks

Yeah always been lactose intolerant and the coeliac thing started a few years ago. No gluten no dairy
Thankfully there's a million alternatives now compared to when i was a kid. Loads of gf stuff and normal lf milk is handy, always hated soya

I've been coeliac for almost twenty years, but only lately reacting to cheese and chocolate. No problem with milk, it's weird. I hope the coeliac situation is working out well for you. Some good support groups on Facebook.
