Hi guys, Just a quick question on the above - Does this gym be busy in the morning time around 7.30? I am just wondering because I would like to start going in the morning but don't want to be held up waiting for showers etc. and be late for work! Cheers.

It's pretty busy at 7.30, but starts to clear out around 8
