Old Slendertone Belt

    Hi i have the original Slendertone Belt probably about 15 years old ,but ive only used it a handfull of times over the years so still works ,,just wondering are they effective, as technology has changed a lot and also the volume stopped working anyone know how to fix it.
    I kinda liked hearing the beeps.

    Not nearly as effective as non-gimmicks.

    Used in conjunction with exercise and diet you'll get results. That'll be Down to the excercise and diet though...

    I am doing exercise ,daily nearly,but the belly is going nowhere,struggling to loose weight but thats the diet part ...i know what to do but not so good at doing it ;-) just thought id throw the belt into the mix ,

    People say losing weight is 70 or 80% diet. So if you're eating wrong the exercise won't be effective.

    My dad bought a slendertone once. Let's just say he won't be asked to be their spokesman any time soon.

    If you have a belly, putting on that belt or doing 10,000 sit ups a day won't get rid of it.
    You cannot spot reduce fat. Lower your calorie intake until you are burning more than you're taking in by 500
