Just wondering if anyone is using this? Have seen it mentioned a few times, most recently in a Friday Focus Urban Fitness video.

Expensive though - hence looking for some feedback - thanks!

I do - more out of interest than necessity but its a pretty accurate way of measuring nervous system activity etc.

Thanks a million - that's interesting. Might be one for the Xmas list so! Am mainly interested from the point of view of tracking recovery after different sessions, and actually differentiating between just thinking I feel tired and need more recovery versus actually needing more recovery if that makes sense. I was half wondering if just tracking my heart rte with a normal HRM and stuff might work as a cheap hack in the meantime but don't know enough about it. Plus, anywhere I have read about BioForce seems to give it positive feedback so might just have to stump up!
