Boards Best Superhero Film Actor!

We are a week on from the exciting conclusion to the Best Superhero TV Show Tournament which saw Arrow crowned the forum fan favourite.
Now we return our attention to the big screen, but this time we are focusing on the performances of the actors themselves in an attempt to answer the question: who is the best superhero actor? Which portrayal do you like the best?
For those new to the games, the idea is simple, and based on games seen on the pro wrestling board among others. I have compiled a list of 64 film stars (I have stuck to film stars only as there are a lot of names) and we will look to whittle the number down to 32, then 16, and so on until we get our two finalists.
I should point out that in cases where an actor has portrayed more than one hero, I have gone with the more famous role; so Ben Affleck will be judged on Batman, rather than Daredevil; and Ryan Reynolds for Deadpool, rather than Green Lantern. If I wound up overlooking anyone I apologize. I have tried to ensure I include the most prominent names.
As always, to start with the first actor to get to 3 votes qualifies for the next round and the loser gets eliminated. Please try to give a reason why you are voting the way you are.
