    BHRT or Bio Identicle Hormone Replacement Therapy for Menopause: Has anyone any experience with a GP in Ireland on this subject? I'm getting great results using an oil that I buy online. but I have been reading more about it and would like to get tested and prescribed properly. Book is great despite a silly name "Stay Young & Sexy with BHR".
    I'm almost 48 and started getting peri menopause symptoms about six months ago: headaches, fatigue, forgetfulness, and PMT - for the first time in my life, bit of a shocker that! I'd love to hear any advice, experience or thoughts.
