How much do you pay in rent at the moment in Cork?
Are you single or do you have to move a family with you?
Whereabouts in Dublin are they relocating to?

My feeling is that if they are giving you redundancy and a potential offer for a new position in Dublin it is a new employment contract, therefore you have little rights, as you have accepted the termination from one job and they are rehiring you. To be honest I'm not sure how it benefits them, unless they are going to pay you less than what you are currently on?
