Turning off "Windows Based Script Host"

Just wonder how is it done and it it a good solution generally.

If you're a home user and not in a corporate environment then you could disable it, some corporate environments might push updates via a batch file which runs a vbs script. That will stop working if you disable.

You also might stumble upon something in the future that requires permission to run a vbs script.
