Lads, can you give me some ideas for healthy snacks that keep will keep well for up to 2 weeks?

They're for a 12 year old girl travelling to the states for an intensive couple of weeks training so things that can be brought in her check in luggage. They can be kept in a fridge once she's there.

I already have flapjacks and dominic munnelly's energy balls on the list which I'll stick into airtight containers.

I'm looking for things that will provide energy and are nutritious to hopefully stop her picking up much junk, particularly in America of all places. She's a healthy kid and will eat anything so throw all options at me.

    Thanks :)
