    Hi
Just started a boot camp training for 6 weeks and I need to start eating right. I do it four times a week for an hour each time and it consists of boxercise, cardio and weights.
Really not good at the meal plans and I am looking for some suggestions thanks. I'll pretty much eat anything.
I'm thin but not fit so looking to fill out a bit and get a lot fitter.

    Any help very much appreciated.

    cheers,

    Peter

The best and lowest stress diet plans are the ones that tell you to eat simply, and focus on less meat, more veg and whole grains. Avoid food that is processed, sweetened, fatty, or overcomplicated. Limit your portion sizes, not eating until you are completely full.

There's a three-minute video linked in this thread:

Like Speedwell said, keep it simple. Meat, fish, veg are your friends.
