Hi, Not too sure where to begin here but let's start with a little about me, then my running to date, what I have learnt so far & a few goals that I have set myself. Sorry about that havn't a clue what was happening there I was on my phone , obviously on an old page of your log and didn't realise. I had better go check what other year old post I replied to now.
