    Hello,

Every morning I have the following 600ml juice as a breakfast

    1/2 Cucumber
    3 Celery sticks
    Handful blueberries
    1 strawberry
    Handful porridge oats
    3 cubes of fresh ginger
150 ml or so of water

Just wondering how good this is a breakfast? Is it ok to have every day? I use a Nutri Bullet to make it

    Sounds nice
When I work out my breakfast is a shake also cause I'm up early and have kids to get ready so I blend up 1 cup of oat flakes 1-2 scopes of whey protein vanilla flavour 1 banana 1 tea spoon of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey and a cup of milk and top up with water whiz in ninja and that keep me going till 11 am

    Thanks for the feedback john!

Your mixture sounds delicious. I dont workout at the moment, mine is purely to keep hunger at bay till 1230. I usually have it around 8am. I heard also that cucumber/ green veg juice is good for energy - i dont drink coffee so find this a good alternative

Depends on your diet for the rest of the day.

It's more or less all water in fairness. If the objective is to lose weight by getting rid of calories at breakfast time, I'd say it'll work perfectly. Shag all nutrition in it though.

He has a point if your only Goal is to keep off hunger then you will need plenty of calories to get from 8 to 12-30. There are lots of great breakfast blend ideas on YouTube and you don't have to be working out to use mine as I would use that anyway its got plenty of carbs protein and fat from the peanut butter all you need and you can add berries or what ever give it a try. Tip is to put in the oats first then plenty of water and leave them for a few min to soak up and remove excess every thing else and some milk and your set for the morning
