Not that I've noticed then again I wouldn't be a "techie" and won't be overloading it googling and using office based products.

My old laptop died unexpectedly after 8 years solid use and I was thrilled to find this at such a good price. I'm sure it's not for everyone but for me it ticks all the boxes at a price I can just about afford

You got a great deal OP! Even if the processor is a little underpowered, for most it'll be fine. Great screen, great formfactor, SSD and aluminium construction for under 500? Can't argue with that!

Fantastic laptop guys, got this for a similar price last year from the States and totally worth every cent of it. The screen is amazing, and of course the battery life will get me through a busy day in college with no issues.

I picked mine up in Limerick City (Near Parkway) only choice in colour was white but it looks the biz

Is the unit in question on display with the price in there or do you have to ask about them?

Just got one from the Waterford store. They said they had 9 in stock after I bought mine. All are in white.

When I was in yesterday it was on display on the other side of the full price €900 odd version.
