This SA tour is going to be bollocks. No players blooded and a whitewash on the cards.

I thought if Connacht played well and didn't fall too far behind Leinster we had a chance.

    I did not expect this!

    Lazy reasoning.

    It's not. And that's a lazy retort.

There is no logical reason that Matt Healy, for instance, isn't in the party. None.

Can we not just enjoy the Connacht performance without using it as a stick to beat Joe with.

    Leinster getting desperate already?

90 seconds for Ross and Strauss.

    Bit odd.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 114 ✭✭c_meth

    Finally. Cronin & Furlong.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,427 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Ross and Strauss taken off after one minute of the second half?

    Ok

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Why make the changes now, Leo? Why not at half time?

    Good start Furlong.

Take the 3. Rinse repeat, hope Connacht don't score again. Rinse repeat.

It's not pretty, it's not great, but it might work.

    Bit odd.

Maybe he wanted to hold them until after the first scrum, get one more out of the two big lads.

    3 points at last.

Connacht just waltzing through and taking out the half-back there...

    Protect the f*cking ball lads.

Superbly read at the breakdown from Connacht there. Not good stuff from Reddan.

Would have to agree. The common call is 'his defence isn't great' but em..Dave Kearney is hardly Percy Montgomery himself.

It's lazy because it requires nothing more than kindergarten level reasoning. Matt Healy isn't selected, but Finlay Bealham is. TOH not, but Quinn Roux is.

    Is that favouritism?

Here's a logical reason for Matt Healy not being selected. He's often caught out positionally. He gets away with it most of the time at Pro 12 but would be annihilated at international level.

Kinda like how Dave Kearney did his best turnstile impression against Argentina in the World Cup?

    Triggs is a moron.

Leinster were actually driving Connacht back.

That's so so so so so bad from Triggs after Leinster make a tackle WAY behind the gainline.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,806 ✭✭✭corny

There's no intensity in Leinster at the breakdown.

Who did Sean O Brien come on for lads?

Worse. Because at least Dave K was left in two on one and three on two positions and had no chance.

Lucky for Leinster AJ missed that.

    Cronin having an impact.

Just as Luke was shaping to kick, Triggs ambles directly in his path. You'd wonder like.

They're sacrificing numbers in there so they don't get annihilated out wide like in the 1st half.

Leinster are winning one thing, the scrum.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,830 ✭✭✭Utah_Saint

    Leinster love an inside pass

Connacht defense working so hard, so physical. Brilliant stuff.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Ah FFS Leinster. Chance blown.

    Ffs Triggs.

Marion cost Conn a try there.

I think I wanted him to score there and I'm a Leinster fan!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,475 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

So, so close to being a try for Connacht!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,090 ✭✭✭FellasFellas

Triggs is a coward, an oxygen thief.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 114 ✭✭c_meth

Great tackle. Connacht will push over the scrum though.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,806 ✭✭✭corny

One skinny winger bridging over the ball and two Leinster forwards standing there looking at him. Jesus Christ timid isn't the word.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Oh for crying out loud - it was criminal to let McCartney waltz through like that. Leinster deserve to lose here.

Was that Johnny Sexton with that tackle? Superb.

    Great play from McCartney
