Pay for child with adult leap card

    Hi

    Is it possible to pay for an adult and child on a adult leap card, or would I have to pay two adult fares ?

    You just tell the driver the fare you want is an adult and a child and he/she takes that off the card.

    As the question wasn't too clear, Spurious' answer is only applicable to Dublin Bus.

    You won't get child fares with an adult card on any other service.

    Depends on the service on Dublin Bus you can pay a child fare on an adult leap card or as many fares as you have credit for on luas or dart it is only one ticket and determined by the type of card afaik.
