Hi I've a parent in her 70s who has gained weight. She doesn't eat a lot, but isn't able to be as active as she was. So even minor indulgences lead to weight gain. She could maybe be a little more active but not much. She could eat a little bit less but again not much. Her weight is not too bad, but do not want the pattern to continue. Has anyone any experience or thoughts on the matter? Or on ageing and weight gain in general? Metabolism slows from our 30s doesn't it? Thanks, sðŸ˜႒
