Hi all , Im looking to find out the name of a pub that used to be in lower Thomas Street . It would have been across from The Still House and I think there's a pound shop there now, near Brown Thomas entrance. Im going back to the early 80's , someone said O Farrells but im sure thats not it. Cheers...

Pretty sure it was O'Farrells...or something very similar (Farrelly's ?).

I remember it, I think it was O'Farrell's. The barman looked like a small Dick Spring.

Wasn't it originally "The Olde Tom" ? Certainly back in the late '70s/ early '90s.

It was the Olde Tom until about 1999, then the Doghouse. There was a short lived cocktail bar in there as well called Rumours.
