    Snooker. I remember in my day you'd be down't pub, with stout n'hand. Watching the crucible through a haze of smoke. The miners would brundle in jostling to be first at bar, brindle trail on't carpet like snails leaving their slime. By heck it was sublime. We'd watch championship til early morn and wander home full of ale.

    Just don't have that anymore. What else has lost its charm? I never had any so you can't say me.

    Yes, the atmosphere is different now, but there are still places you can enjoy this. Not as many as before though :o
