I set up on the back to work scheme a couple of months back. Iv been offered some work with a builder who wants me to work on a c45 or rct as its known now which means he rings revenue and sets up a contract for me to work x amount of days/weeks and he pays the tax to them. As far as im aware you have to be self employed…

As far as im aware you have to be self employed to work this way. Can i work like this on the back to work scheme ? Social welfare or citizens advice could not answer this question for me.
